Kaitlin Lindquist plays a pivotal role within the GRNBA, dedicated to providing comprehensive support to members, ensuring they leverage the association's benefits and maximize their return on investment. Mentorship Committee

The Mentorship Committee is dedicated to serving as GRNBA mentors for new members of the association. Mentorship Committee Requirements: Must be an active member of the association for at least six months

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure new members feel welcomed at events
  • Foster and maintain mentor/mentee relationships throughout the year
  • Align members’ business needs with available benefits
  • Facilitate valuable connections for mentees
  • Encourage involvement from multiple representatives within the mentee’s organization
  • Regularly check in with mentees, gather feedback, and assist with membership renewal
  • Report any comments or concerns regarding mentees to the Senior Membership Manager
